メガネを届けるためにバイク便を利用した話

お盆の帰省で忘れ物をして、千葉県千葉市から西東京市まで、
メガネを届けてもらうことになりました。
ただ、メガネは「壊れやすい物」であるため、
配送してもらことが出来るのか不安だったわけです。
特に、そのメガネは高級ブランドのものだったので、
なおさら不安になりました。
「配送時にメガネのガラスが割れたらどうしよう…」なんて、
思ってしまったわけですね。
とは言え、千葉市まで取りに戻る時間もなかったので、
千葉市から西東京までメガネを届けてもらうことにしました。
以前、バイク便を利用したときは、すぐに荷物を届けてもらえたんですよね。
そのため、今回もバイク便を信頼して、メガネを届けてもらうことにしたのです。

まず、メガネにプチプチを巻いたりと、「なるべくメガネが壊れない工夫」をしました。
このように、厳重に梱包して、メガネをバイク便の集荷人に渡したわけですね。
梱包したメガネは、少し大きくなってしまいましたが、集荷人は快く受けてくれましたよ。
また、私は「メガネなので丁寧に扱ってください」と、集荷人に言いました。
集荷人は、「かしこまりました。責任を持って、届けさせていただきます」との返答。
私は、安心してメガネを、バイク便の集荷人に渡すことができたのです。
実際に、西東京にメガネが届いたのは、集荷から1時間ほど経った頃です。
もちろん、何の損傷もない状態のメガネを、届けてもらうことができました。
そのため、「さすがバイク便だな!」と、現在は感心しております。
壊れやすい物を届けたいとき、バイク便であれば、安心して預けることができるでしょう。
今後も、壊れやすい物を届けたいときは、積極的にバイク便を利用しようかと思います。
食器・電球・家電など、いわゆる「割れ物」を、届けてもらいたいことは多いんですよね。
そんなときでも、バイク便であれば、安心して預けることができるわけです。
実は先ほど、バイク便のホームページを見てみたんです。
「開業以来10年以上、荷物の破損や紛失のトラブルがない」と書かれていました。
少々、トラブルがあっても仕方がないのに、開業以来それがないのは、素晴らしいですね。
実際に、他のバイク便利用者のブログなどを見ても、皆さん満足されているようです。
「開業以来、荷物の破損がない」のですから、さらに安心することができています。
